Coronado Spring View (Plein Air)

Painted en Plein Air at the Coronado Historic Site in Bernalillo, just outside Albuquerque New Mexico.  I was looking across the Rio Grande river towards the north end of the Sandia Mountains.  It was a bright and sunny June morning and the sound of the river running was peaceful as the birds sang around me.
